Agqua helped solve NEC's biggest problem - Success
NEC launched a new innovative service to allow business to monitor their utility bills.
This proved so sucessful that they soon reached the limits of what they could do by directly talking to customers over the phone. This was seen as a major problem for their future plans to expand rapidly.
By automating the data entry system to provide their customers with Web and Phone interfaces. The whole management process was also simplified and extended by providing an Administrator interface to manipulate the stored data.
The result is the abaility to handle many more customers through the automation of the routine data entry aspects whilst maintaining their personal approach for any other situation.
